By submitting a photo image through the BuckID Photo Upload web site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the photo submission.

If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the BuckID office at 3040 Ohio Union to have your photo taken and your card produced.

We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.

About BuckID

BuckID is the official ID of The Ohio State University. Each BuckID is property of The Ohio State University and must be presented to university officials upon request. It is non-transferable and replacement costs are the responsibility of the cardholder.

How we will use your photo?

The digital photo that you submit via this website will be used to produce your BuckID. It will also be used for any official university purposes deemed appropriate by BuckID and The Ohio State University.
